By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for providing accurate order information including shipping address and product specifications.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.

Full payment is required before processing any order unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Our shipping and delivery terms:

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
• Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping, remote locations, or special handling requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Our return policy:

• Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if in original condition.
• Custom or special order products are non-returnable unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

All returns require prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Our warranty terms:
